How our gallery workflow works
We work directly with creators to acquire or co‑mint verified digital counterparts (NFTs) of selected works. Below is our typical process and what to expect.
Operating model
1 · Outreach & selection
We identify works that translate well to a digital format and approach creators with a clear proposal. Initial interest is followed by a short discussion to ensure mutual fit.
2 · Agreement & terms
We document the acquisition structure in a simple agreement: which work will be minted, pricing (usually discussed in ETH), royalty terms, and confirmation that the collaborator retains authorship of the original.
3 · Prepare & mint
We help prepare a high‑quality digital file (image or media), advise on optimal formats and metadata, and mint the work on a trusted platform (we commonly use mintsarena.com). Network/minting fees are displayed during the minting step; we support creators through the technical and account steps so the process is clear and low-friction.
4 · Acquisition & settlement
Once minted and visible, we complete the acquisition per the agreed terms. Settlement mechanics (ETH or fiat) are confirmed in the contract; we provide formal receipts and provenance records.
5 · Royalties & ongoing curation
Royalties are embedded when appropriate so collaborators continue to earn on secondary sales. We also feature collaborations in curated showcases and provide collector routing to preserve long‑term value.
Collaboration
Acquisition & co‑minting
We acquire or co‑mint digital counterparts in collaboration with creators under a short written agreement. Typical terms: agreed price (commonly discussed in ETH with USD equivalents recorded), an embedded royalty (commonly 10–30%), platform choice, and settlement mechanics. The collaborator retains authorship and ownership of the original physical work; the NFT acts as a verifiable digital counterpart and a new revenue stream. We can provide a sample acquisition agreement and references on request.
Collectors
What you see is what is offered
Listing pages declare on‑chain facts, price, and currency. We most commonly transact in ETH for minted acquisitions but can document USD-equivalent pricing in the contract. Inquiries route through email and settlement is confirmed in writing.
